The first contact I had was Jenna who was very kind and helpful as she booked my appointment with Amy. When Amy came to see the attic she was on time, informative, understanding of our needs, and very personable; she also zip tied down the access door that was drafty. She was also honest about what we really needed and offered a very fair estimate. She knows her stuff and you can tell she cares about the customer and being fair. Nicole was the office rep who was very kind and patient anytime I called and was really prompt getting back when I emailed her about the proposal and scheduling. I had a fantastic experience with Mincin Insulation. The office team made scheduling and communication a breeze, and the crew—Skip, Stephen, and Michael—was outstanding. A very positive experience! I quoted five separate contractors for air sealing and attic insulation with the group specializing in a wide variety of solutions. I chose Mincin insulation for the value per dollar spent and because the quote was the most detailed leaving very little uncertainly about what work is in-scope and what is not. I would like to highlight that I did not receive any push back in obtaining adjustment to the scope of work or having items verbally discussed explicitly written into their final quote. Chuck was very easy to work with. I appreciate this. The work itself was handled very well, the two technicians that came out to my house (Bernie and Jason) were very professional, worked in a tidy fashion, and did a very thorough job. If I could, I would give Mincin Insulation Services 10 stars! Every aspect of working with them was positive.  They were quick to schedule a technician to come out for the estimate and quick to schedule the insulation installation.  EVERY technician was polite, courteous, and friendly but a special shout out to Nick and Jason.  Having never done this before, we had questions as the work progressed and every time they didn't rush their interaction with us and gave us satisfactory explanations. Jake, Luke, and John did a fantastic job insulating our attic. They are great guys who were respectful of our home and made sure the job was done right. We already feel a difference in our home.
